How do I need to prepare for the pick-up appointment?

Please ensure you are ready 10 minutes before your appointment in case we are running ahead of schedule. Please ensure your phone is turned on in the event that the movers need to get in touch with you. Finally, please ensure that your unique customer labels are signed and installed properly; a label must cover the top and bottom seal of each box and must be installed on each additional item where the label(s) will be clearly visible.
